Include your order number and clear images of the damaged item. Our team will promptly assess the issue and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Size Exchange: For size-related concerns, initiate exchanges by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order at megh@fiberfit.in or fiberfitindia@gmail.com / 9168202264. Specify your order number and the preferred size for exchange. We'll assist you with the return process and arrange for the replacement size.
Conditions for Returns:
- All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, packed in the same way received, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
